refunds or returns. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this
upon purchasing any item on this site or from Empower Life Changes, Phoenix
Visionary Vault™.

you agree to these terms of use. We reserve the right to modify these terms at
any time, so please check this page periodically for changes. By using these

The (Guarantee/Outcome/Results/etc.) of the Phoenix Visionary Vault™ is
based on you being highly Coachable, completing action steps in the Phoenix
Visionary Vault™ Checklists to Success, and having Paid-in-Full for Your
Coaching program. Empower Life changes, Phoenix Visionary Vault™ will continue
to work with clients that have met the above conditions for a maximum of 15
months.
Forums: A "forum" means any message board, chat room, social media
posts, social media comments, user review forum, or other interactive service
appearing on any of the Sites and includes both public boards and private
folders. You must register in accordance with the instructions that you will
find on the Sites in order to contribute to any forum. You may not post on any
forum or send to any other forum user or our staff any material that is
abusive, vulgar, threatening, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, invades
a person’s privacy, violates any intellectual or other property rights, or that
would otherwise violate any law. You may not use any forum in a commercial
manner. You may not post material that solicits funds or that advertises or
solicits goods or services. You may not post material known to be false. You
may not post messages that contain stock touts. You may not post or transmit

Refund and Cancelation Policy:
Our refund policy is as follows: All items and programs purchased are 100%
non-refundable non-cancellable, and returns will not be accepted. Empower Life
Changes, Phoenix Visionary Vault™, offers non-tangible irrevocable goods. We do
not issue refunds or returns. As a customer, you are responsible for
understanding this upon purchasing any item on this site or from Empower Life
Changes, Phoenix Visionary Vault™.
Payments:
You are
responsible for paying the full amount of the price you originally agreed to
pay for any program you purchase, regardless of if you leave the program, do
not complete it in the timeframe provided, or don't use the container at all.
If you are not able to pay in full for a program and require a payment plan you
are still responsible for the total purchase price of the program originally
agreed to. If payments are late, we reserve the right to remove you from all
programs, where applicable, until payments are again current. Empower Life
Changes; Phoenix Visionary Vault™ provides many live programs. It is not
guaranteed that each program will be live. Empower Life Changes retains the
right to provide pre-recorded programs as needed. Empower Life Changes, Phoenix
Visionary Vault™ retains the right to adjust the scheduled programs and dates
without notice. If you are purchasing the Mastermind (12 months coaching
service) or One-On-One Private coaching (1 to 12 months coaching service), you
are responsible for the entire amount originally agreed to. You are responsible
for paying the remaining balance of $9979 USD on any early withdrawal from the
coaching program. There are no refunds or early terminations for these
services. Nothing herein shall limit Empower Life Changes, Phoenix Visionary
Vault™ from seeking payment for any chargeback or credit card disputes made by
you at any time. By accepting the terms of this agreement, you agree never to
dispute any charges already paid, no matter the payment vehicle. (Example:
Paypal, Stripe, Square, bank transfer, etc.) Limitation of Liability: Under no
circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will we or any of our
licensors or suppliers be liable for any special or consequential damages that
result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials or information
on the Sites, or any products or services provided pursuant to the Sites, even
if advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the
limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages
(including but not limited to lost data), so the above limitation or exclusion
may not apply to you. In no event shall the total liability to you by us or any
of our licensors or suppliers for all damages, losses, and causes of action
(whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you to us,
if any, for accessing the Sites. Under no circumstances will we be held
responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is
caused or alleged to have been caused to you in connection with your use of any
advice, goods or services you receive from a guest speaker on our Sites or at
one of our events. We are also not responsible or liable for any loss or damage
caused or alleged to have been caused to our guests in connection with the
display of their photo, name, or biography posted on our Sites or in our
marketing materials. The coaching provided is valued at over $150,000 USD. The
regular rate for the Coaching is $27,979 USD, and any Limited Time Specials are
applied to the regular rate of $27,979 USD.
Any product or service is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Failure to
follow the program and/or the payment(s) on any Limited Time Specials will
result in requiring payment on the remaining balance of $9979 USD.
No Professional Advice: The information contained in or made available
through the Sites (including but not limited to information contained on
message boards, in text files, or chats) cannot replace or substitute for the
services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to,
financial, medical, psychological, or legal matters. In particular, you should

mobile applications and desktop clients, and is applicable worldwide. This
